Your Acne is Talking to You!
Acne
Acne is something nearly everyone gets. Some cases are worse than others and some are easier to treat, we all know that, but did you know that breakouts on certain areas of your face can mean different things?
Forehead
A lot of times acne around your forehead can be from excessive oils, which can come from hair products, sweat, natural oils in the hair, or maybe your skin tends to get oily here. Stress can also make those pesky forehead pimples pop up. A tip to get rid of forehead acne is to de-stress, keep your hair AWAY FROM YOUR FACE, and lay of the junky snacks!
Chin
Chin acne usually pops up due to hormones and imbalances in them. Ladies, whenever you get your monthly visitor, it's not uncommon for a few chinples to drop in to say hello. Some sources say that eliminating dairy can help in this situation, but mostly, you're just gonna have to try not to touch it. Keep your hands off! Apply your favorite skin care products and pray.
Nose
Nose acne's causes are pretty similar to the causes of forehead acne. Stress and oils. Also, puberty is one of the culprits. De-stress, wash your face, wait it out.
Cheeks
Stop touching your face! Change your pillow cases, wipe down your phone, clean your makeup brushes! Cheek pimples are usually caused by BACTERIA. Make sure you're keepin it clean, kiddo.
Around Your Mouth
Acne around the mouth can be cause by greasy foods. Sometimes when you eat, the grease and grime from your food gets around your mouth as well, which will cause breakouts. Also, if your girlstache (peach fuzz on your upper lip) got waxed, the irritation can cause bumps to pop up. Stop eating greasy foods and apply a thin layer of moisturizer after waxing.
