Whiten Your Teeth
Whiten Your Teeth At Home
Today you will learn two different home remedies to whiten your teeth!
Remedy One
For this, all you will need is hydrogen peroxide and water.
in a small cup or the small dixie cups for mouthwash, mix one-part hydrogen peroxide and one-part water. Make sure you do not use hydrogen peroxide without the water. This can wear down your enamel FAST!
Rinse your mouth with the mixture well for thirty seconds. Repeat once a week until you get to your desired shade of white.
Remedy Two
All you need is baking soda, toothbrush, and toothpaste, and lemon if you would like.
An easy way to whiten is simply by dipping your wet toothbrush in the baking soda, then putting your toothpaste on top.
Another way to do this is to take a small bowl and mix a tablespoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Make sure it is not too watery. You want a paste for this, not a soup.
Dip your toothpaste in the mixture and brush.
This should only be done once every week or two.

Helpful Hints
- Invest in a tongue scraper. You can get one from the dollar tree, as well as a tooth picker and tooth mirror.
- Don't use colored mouthwashes. Recently, my grandmother went to the dentist and he said she had a blue tint to her teeth. This is because she uses a blue mouth wash!
- Research oil pulling. There is no hard evidence that it works, but it is a type of Ayurvedic(holistic) cure for bacteria and is said to tooth decay, cavities, bad breath, and more!
