How I Edit My Instagram Posts

If you don't add a few filters to your Instagram posts, I respect you.

I, however, love all of my pictures to kinda fit, if that makes sense. I like to add a little vintage look, so they all follow the same theme. This is how I do that!

First, I us the app Airbrush. If I have flashback from makeup or discoloration, I fix it using the "skin tone" tool. Airbrush has a ton of different tools, and very few of them cost money (I bought them anyway).

Next, I use the app VSCO. I LOVE this app! They have so many filters, effects etc...
For filters, I like to use either "M3" or "M5", depending on the photo, but I don't put the level all the way up. I usually keep the filter setting on +3.5 or +4.4

After that, still using VSCO, I go to the "Grain" tool. This one can be tricky. I like to keep it pretty low, keeping the level to about +2.4. Once a photo is saved after using this tool, the grain can look much more intense than you want it to. Keep it low, just enough to add a vintage effect. If you realize it is not grainy enough for you, you can always go back and add more.

One thing I highly recommend is to keep copies of the original version of your pictures. In case you'd like to change something about it, or change your Instagram theme,  you want to be able to start from scratch!

Now go and make your Instagram as aesthetically pleasing as your heart desires!
